Pretty much everyone finds themselves in looped negative thoughts both during meditation & in daily life.  They are generally habits, thought habits with their own neural trenches so we barely even notice them in daily life…however, during meditation they will become more apparent. 

This is SO NORMAL.  This is also something we can deal with skillfully and if you do so, you will be rewiring neural pathways to help you become waaaay less triggered.
