Daily home practice is a total game changer.

I designed this short sequence to get a holistic happy body & mind in less than 15 minutes.  This is an ideal daily practice particularly for the morning. 

Tip: roll out your mat, lay out whatever you want to wear & have this recording cued up the night before.

This sequence can be easily done by most individuals.  To ensure you get the most benefits, always go within and listen to your body.  Enjoy your practice and the benefits it brings to daily life!
